Food Knowledge & Know-how (FKK) is a non-profit making organisation that was established in June 1999. Supported by Defra, FKK's remit is to enable small and medium sized food companies to access the best available technology. FKK offers a single point of contact for businesses requiring consultancy services, technical support and training in all areas of food and drink production.
