This Good Practice Guide contains everything retailers need to set up and manage an effective supply chain partnership. The Guide contains information to support a free toolkit provided on the CD-ROM supplied with the Guide. The toolkit allows retailers to run a half-day awareness-raising launch for their suppliers and to initiate a successful partnership approach to reduce waste and costs throughout the supply chain. The toolkit includes a slide presentation with speakers’ notes for use at the launch. This is supplied as a Microsoft PowerPoint 97 file and the other tools as Microsoft Word files.
