The tool has 3 levels
- Projects (for you to open a new piece of work e.g. Food Packaging)
- Version (for each type of packaging you would like to input, e.g.
Yogurt Pot)
- Stage (either the Primary, Secondary, Tertiary or Transit stage of the
Packaging)
The data you will need for each design:
- Whether this is a concept or actual design
- The product weight and volume
- The packaging weight and volume
- The material your packaging is made from
- How much each individual material weighs
- How much recycled content is contained within the materials
- Where you source your material from
- The mode of transport used to get your material to your production / filling facility
