Kelly Flowers benefited from a Fast Track visit by an Envirowise Advisor.
Kelly Flowers took part in an Envirowise project
called KREEC, a resource efficiency club set up
at Invest Northern Ireland’s, Knockmore Hill
Industrial Estate. As part of the KREEC process
an Envirowise Advisor reviewed the company’s
operations and produced a written report
which looked at waste prevention and resource
efficiency measures. An Environmental Risk Map,
Resource Efficiency Review (including Efficiency
Index Benchmark) and Waste Characterisation
Assessment with waste quantification were part
of the Envirowise visit and examples of other best
practices, particularly in the areas of packaging
and supply chain management were also described
by the Advisor.
