Simon Drury - Business Partnerships Director
As Business Partnerships Director, Simon Drury is responsible for engaging, mentoring and supporting large businesses. Simon is committed to showing businesses that the environmental consideration makes good business sense.
An ecologist, Simon has extensive experience of resource efficiency and climate change, environmental management systems, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.
Simon’s career consists of purely environmental roles spanning over 20 years, including Center Parcs, The National Trust, The Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust and The British Trust for Ornithology. As UK Environmental Manager at Center Parcs, he was responsible for all aspects of the four UK village's Environmental, Energy, Sustainability and CSR strategies, including the company's ISO14001 certification.
Involved in a wide range of environmental bodies, Simon sits on the All Party Parliamentary Climate Change Group, is a Member of the Regional Energy Strategy Group and his regional CBI Environmental Committee, and is Founding Chair of the EMRA Sustainable Development Roundtable.

Adrian Cole - Operations Director
Adrian Cole has responsibility for the delivery of Envirowise services that help industry and commerce become more resource efficient and make environmental improvements. He has developed many of the sector approaches adopted by the programme and liaises with other delivery bodies to ensure that business users can benefit from the full range of support available to them.
Adrian qualified as a research physicist working on energy technologies. He managed the UK's early work on solar energy-based renewable energy systems before moving into environmental expertise. He is experienced in how business can adopt new approaches to improve their systems and operations.

Robbie Weir - Programme Manager, Scotland
Robbie Weir is responsible for the delivery of Envirowise’s activities in Scotland. The programme uses a variety of approaches to engage with businesses and is committed to embedding resource efficiency within Scottish industry.
After studying Environmental Biology at Paisley University he was commissioned as an officer in the British Army in 1992. During his military career he worked in construction, logistics, communications, IT and training.
Robbie completed his MSc at Cranfield University in 2001 and specialised in managing business change programmes within the Ministry of Defence. In 2007 Robbie left the Army and joined Envirowise to pursue his civilian career.
Robbie is a member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and serves on its committee in Scotland. In his spare time he manages conservation projects for the National Trust for Scotland.
Tim Lineham - Programme Manager, Wales
Tim Lineham is responsible for the agreement and delivery of the Envirowise programme in Wales and is based in Cardiff. Tim previously was the Service Manager for a Technical Support Services contract for the Carbon Trust. Prior to that he provided a range of business risk, resilience and business improvement consultancy services at board-level. His consultancy skills were developed over a seven-year period from 1998 to 2005 following an early career as a research and development scientist and project manager.
During his early research career in an earth science discipline, he successfully managed projects involving laboratory and field-scale studies, and software code development for UK and overseas clients focusing on the safe disposal of radioactive waste.
Tim is a Fellow of the Geological Society, an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute, a Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and a registered PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Elaine Sharp – Programme Marketing Manager
Elaine Sharp is responsible for the delivery of Envirowise marketing activities throughout the UK. With extensive management experience in a variety of marketing disciplines for not-for-profit, public and private sector organisations, her role encompasses liaison with Government customers, partners and stakeholders and responsibility for the protection and development of the Envirowise brand.
She has been responsible for bringing new product services to market both nationally and internationally. Her previous roles include working for University of Oxford, Saïd Business School as Marketing Manager, where Elaine was responsible for the marketing management of the new Executive MBA programme through worldwide business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing channels.
