This document is applicable to any organisation planning to make use of rainwater or greywater. It includes an outline of the benefits of rainwater and greywater use, and the barriers to the uptake of the systems. It also covers the water saving potential, safety and legal requirements and water quality issues of such systems as well as other maintenance, operational and economic issues of systems.
