Abstract
This Case Study shows the results obtained from the free environmental review carried out by Envirowise which highlighted the key ares where the hotel could make savings. It demonstrates the hotel's substantial water use as well as the results obtained after the installation of water efficiency devices. It also emphasises the importance of sustaining the savings by appropriate maintenance and operation of all new devices..
